How many days a week do you exercise?
Active and fit individuals live a longer healthier life, not just in terms of mobility, but cognitively as well. Brain health and physical fitness are closely linked.

Knowing how to manage stress is a key factor in brain health. The less you allow stress to affect your life, the more your brain will develop and stay healthy.

Exercise keeps the body fit while meditating is a way of keeping our mind fit. We can find ways to relieve stress with something as simple as finding a few minutes to relax each day.
How much do you sleep at night?
Sleep is important to help the body recover. We know adequate sleep helps us get over sickness and prevent illness. Sleep also helps our brain recover from the day and keeps our brain healthy.
What’s your education experience?
Learning should be a lifelong habit. Our education shouldn’t stop with a degree. People who learn new languages or pick up new hobbies throughout life live a longer life with a healthier brain.
